For my project I was initially motivated to develop a stowable topography. I tried to create a self supporting variable structure from a scored and folded surface. In order to create this, I developed a tab unit which can be controlled parametrically to vary its length, width and height. These are a few pictures of my progress testing the structural limits of a cut and scored piece of one ply chipboard.
